The flavour of Gin is botanical and refreshing, with notes of juniper, citrus and spices. Perfect for mocktails, sauces and gourmet dishes.

Gin Tonic, Gin Fizz, Negroni or Martini Dry: if you love these cocktails, you'll love this alcohol-free gin flavour!

You'll be able to enjoy all the typical flavours of this eau-de-vie, flavoured mainly with juniper berries... without the disadvantages of alcohol. This sophisticated spirit reveals a sumptuous palette of spices, herbs and aromatics, enhanced by delicate citrus aromas.

How to incorporate our Gin flavoring into your recipes?

    For confectionery and jams

Add the Gin flavoring at the end of cooking to preserve its subtle notes. Mix gently for even distribution. Allow to cool before putting into jars so that the flavors intensify.

    For ice cream and sorbets

Add the gin flavoring to the liquid mixture before churning. Make sure the mixture is well blended for a uniform flavor. Leave to rest in the freezer so that the flavors can develop fully.

    For pastries and baked goods

Add the gin flavoring to the dough after mixing the dry and wet ingredients. Mix until smooth. Bake according to your recipe so that the flavor is well distributed.

    For yogurt and dairy products

Add the gin flavoring to the milk or yogurt before fermentation. Mix thoroughly for even distribution. Leave to rest in a cool place so that the flavors blend perfectly. For more details on dosages, see our page Dosage instructions
